Done-for-you outbound · 4-week pilot

We generate the pipeline, you close the deals.

Most B2B teams don't have a lead problem - they have a "no time to chase them" problem. Growthviam builds and runs the entire outbound motion end to end, so qualified meetings show up on your calendar instead of in a backlog.

The problem

You don't need more tools. You need more meetings.

Most B2B teams have already tried the obvious moves. They didn't work for predictable reasons.

1
You hired an SDR. The math didn't work.
Salary, ramp time, churn risk, software stack. Six months and six figures before you know if it works. Most SDR hires don't survive their first year, and you carry the cost either way.
2
You tried an agency. You got noise.
Generic templates blasted to a scraped list. Dashboards full of opens and clicks. Then a few "interested" leads who didn't actually know what they were saying yes to.
3
You ran it yourself. You ran out of time.
Lists, copy, sender warm-up, domain setup, reply handling, follow-ups. By the time you're close to making it work, the week is over and there's a sales pipeline waiting.
4
You wait on referrals and inbound.
Both are great when they show up. Neither is something you control. Most B2B founders we talk to are one slow quarter away from a real pipeline problem.

The campaigns

Two campaigns, working together.

A broad sweep keeps your pipeline full. A targeted micro-campaign captures the prospects already in a buying window. Most clients run both at the same time.

Broad campaign
Cover your full market.
A wide cold email campaign across your full ICP. Big enough to surface anyone who's open to a conversation, narrow enough that the copy still feels relevant. This is what builds your baseline pipeline week after week.

Good for: Filling your calendar consistently. Building predictable pipeline. Surfacing the prospects you didn't know were ready to buy.

Who it's for

Who we work best with.

We're not for everyone. We're built for B2B teams ready to scale outbound the right way.

Best fit

Large market (50K+ buyers)

Your ICP has enough buyers to target cleanly across multiple quarters without burning the market.

High deal size ($10K+ ACV)

Your contracts are big enough that the math on dedicated outbound works easily.

Proven product-market fit

You have real customers already paying you. We amplify what works - we don't guess.

Someone ready to take the calls

You or someone on your team can run live discovery calls as meetings start booking.

Not a fit

×

Small market (<10K buyers)

If your entire buyer universe is tiny, automated outbound burns through it fast.

×

Low deal size (<$5K ACV)

Low-ticket businesses can't support the time and infrastructure outbound requires.

×

No sales follow-up in place

If meetings sit cold because nobody's chasing them, the channel breaks fast.

×

Pre-product-market fit

Outbound makes your message louder. It can't fix a product the market hasn't validated yet.

×

Custom-built for every client

If every customer gets a different solution, you can't scale targeting or messaging.

The pilot

A 4-week pilot that proves the model before you commit.

We don't ask for long retainers up front. We run a 4-week pilot, you see the meetings on your calendar, then we decide together what an ongoing engagement looks like.

What you walk away with

By the end of week 4 you've seen our full motion run. You've got real meetings on your calendar, a clean read on what messaging resonates with your market, and a system that keeps producing meetings as long as we keep running it.

  • ICP and offer build-out
We sharpen who you go after and rewrite your offer around the prospect's problem - not your feature list.
  • Full sender infrastructure
Domains, inboxes, warm-up, deliverability. We run our own infrastructure so you don't touch any of it.
  • Both campaign types running
Broad market sweep plus a micro-targeted signal campaign, working in parallel from week one.
  • Reply handling and routing
Interested replies routed to you. Objections handled. Follow-up sequences keep "maybe" prospects warm until they're ready.
  • Weekly readouts
What's working, what we're changing next week, and what the meetings on your calendar look like. No black-box reporting.
  • You keep everything
If we don't continue, you walk away with the lists, the copy, the systems, the methodology. You're never trapped.
Common questions

What you might be wondering.

What does a pilot cost?+
Pilots are scoped per client because cost depends on volume, vertical complexity, and how much sender infrastructure we need to set up. We agree on price and scope before any work starts. No surprises, no padded retainers, no hidden setup fees.
How fast do meetings start booking?+
First batch of emails goes out in 7-10 business days from kickoff (we need that week to set up infrastructure and write copy). Most clients see their first replies in week 2 and their first booked meetings in week 2 or 3. By the end of week 4 you've seen the full motion run.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?+
No, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. A meetings guarantee usually means an agency optimizes for volume in ways that hurt your brand - or counts soft "interested" replies as meetings. We commit to the work, the transparency, and the result. The honest answer on numbers is what you'll see week to week in the readouts.
What if cold email doesn't work in my industry?+
Cold email works almost everywhere - what differs is what the right offer and angle look like. The 4-week pilot is structured so you find out quickly whether your market is responsive. If it isn't, that's a real piece of intelligence, and you walk away with the lists and the data either way.
What's the time commitment from me?+
Around 30 minutes per week once we're past onboarding. The kickoff takes a few hours - we go deep on your ICP, your offer, and what's worked or hasn't in the past. After that, you show up to weekly readouts and take the meetings that get booked. We handle everything in between.
Will this hurt my main domain's reputation?+
No. We use dedicated sending domains and inboxes for every client, kept fully separate from your primary brand domain. Deliverability and brand protection are non-negotiables - we've spent years dialing this in across thousands of campaigns.
What if it doesn't work?+
After the pilot you decide whether to continue. If the work doesn't produce results you can use, you walk away with everything - the lists, the copy, the data, the methodology. We'd rather you leave with something useful than feel locked into a contract that isn't delivering.
Where are you based?+
Growthviam is based in Tallinn, Estonia. We work with clients across the US, UK, EU, and Canada. Most of our work is asynchronous - shared docs, weekly readouts, clear ownership. We jump on calls when they actually move things forward.
